Apakan Securities Ltd. (“Apakan”) is a broker-dealer company registered under the laws of Ghana to engage in securities trading, brokerage and other financial advisory services. Apakan is licensed and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Ghana to operate as a Broker-Dealer under the Securities Industry Act, 2016 (Act 929).

We provide brokerage and advisory services to institutional investors including but not limited to Pension Funds, Collective Investment Schemes, Commercial Banks, Insurance Companies etc.

We rely heavily on technology in serving our clients as a way of operating efficiently with respect to the the execution of transactions and cost management. Our team has extensive knowledge and experience of the Ghanaian and Sub-Saharan African capital markets, thus we are well positioned to harness our experience to provide quality brokerage and advisory services to our clients.
